Session 1: Lentil Bolognese
Hello everyone and welcome to session one of The Rise Project virtual kitchen. Today we are cooking a Lentil Bolognese. This recipe is: frugal, leftover-friendly (can be frozen), nutritious and counts towards your five a day! The recipe card is available to download below. Top tip: sometimes you need to add extra water and cook lentils a bit longer...that’s fine. This is your kitchen. Why not add other vegetables next time? Or another herb? A teaspoon of chilli flakes?
