Session 7: Three-bean Chilli
Hi everyone and welcome to the Rise Project at B-Arts. In this video we are making a highly nutritious and delicious 3-bean chilli. It’s a super quick meal to put together. If you are a meat-eater, then, of course, you can add a meat of your choice if you wish. Minced chicken is low in fat and also cooks super quickly so that is an option for you.
